Software updates

T3 Code

Check for a release before updating.

Updating restarts T3 and interrupts active agent work. Finish your tasks first. State is backed up before activation.

Agent harnesses

Load installed versions to manage harness updates.

Updates use the installed clients’ update commands. Claude profiles share one installation; OpenCode profiles also share one. Finish active tasks first. T3 stays running; start new sessions after updates.

Skills & learning

Check releases and manager installations.

Release history and receipts

Sync keeps the previous release for rollback. Open new manager sessions after a release; active sessions may retain older skills. Delegated workers keep their isolated profiles.

Delegated job follow-up

Select a T3 conversation, copy its context, and paste it into the manager before delegating. Completed jobs notify that conversation when it is idle. Existing jobs without a thread identity cannot be assigned automatically.

Report a problem

A direct WTF message in a new T3 conversation event also queues a diagnosis. Quoted text, code, imported messages and tool output are excluded. One investigation runs per incident.

Delegated jobs

Start a subagent

Objective — one bounded task, the exact deliverable and the evidence required

KindDifficultyReserve familyRouteTimeout (s)

The subagent runs as a router job, so it picks the account with the most headroom, delegates across families and fails over on quota or capacity — unlike an in-process spawn, which is stuck on the manager’s own account. Reserve family is the family it must not spend; set it to the manager you are working with. The job gets a private run directory and no access to your files: objectives are the only text it receives, and paths in a request are refused. Results appear below and in the follow-up queue.

Loading delegated job state…

Live state is read from each run’s own files and from the attached worker process. Claude leaves buffer their output, so a running job can legitimately show zero bytes; idle is the better progress signal. Stalled means a worker is still attached but nothing observable has happened — it does not prove the worker is dead. Orphaned means no worker is attached and no terminal receipt was written; that run will not finish on its own, though its attempt output is preserved and still worth reading. A completed receipt records only that the process ended — it does not establish scientific acceptance.

Infrastructure

Local GPU first for research when free. Live capacity for cpd-konrad-worker, s1, s5, s8 and argos-worker, plus the Argos and MGB schedulers.

Refreshes once a minute while this page is visible. Each Claude account is read at most every 5 minutes, and later still when Anthropic asks us to wait; a failed read keeps the last good measurement and shows its age.
